Boneless chicken-400 gm
Curry leaves-4
Slitted green chilies-2
Sliced green capsicum-1 cup
Onion-1 cup
Finely chopped green spring onion-1/2 cup
Red chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Vinegar-1/4 tbsp
White pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Corn flour-2 tbsp
Maida-5 tbsp
Garlic, chopped-4 tbsp
Ginger, chopped-2 tbsp
Egg-1
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
METHOD
Cut Boneless Chicken in small pieces. Take a bowl and add chicken, egg, Cornflour, Maida, red chilli powder, salt and mix all together. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Take a non stick pan and fry the marinated chicken till it is golden brown in color. Once chicken is fried cover it in lid and fry it on low flame for 2 more minutes to make it crispier and tender from inside. After frying chicken, take it out from the pan and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Take a pan and add curry leaves, green chilies, green capsicum, spring onion, garlic, finely chopped ginger and a pinch of white pepper powder and stir fry all the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add cornflour in 100ml of water and add it in the pan. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder and mix till sauce become thicker.
Add Chicken and green spring onion and stir fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
