First-time global records one million COVID cases in 100 hours

Four months of pandemic times in the country, Coronavirus cases record over 34000 on Friday, with a tally to 10,03832 in India. Global infections passed 14 million. Record of 1 million cases in under 100 hours is for the first time. There is a community transmission of coronavirus in few rural areas of Thiruvananthapuram and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan declared lockdown to control over the COVID spread.

There is a total lockdown in the Weekends in Nainital, Haridaw, Udham Singh Nagar and Dehradun. Stated Uttarakhand Chief Secretary.
