Indian Navy launches ‘Operation Vanilla’ provides support to Madagascar disaster hit

Indian Navy launched “Operation Vanilla” to support in the view of the torrential rains and floods that have ravaged Madagascar. INS Airavat, which was the mission used has been engaged for the relief services.

Almost 26 people have died in Madagascar after seven days of heavy rain in the north-west of island.
