Ingredients
shredded coconut -1 + 3/4 cups
coconut oil – 2 teaspoons
Honey- 2 tablespoons
coconut milk – 2 tablespoons
vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt- a pinch
method
Place 1 cup of shredded coconut in a jar along with the coconut oil. Process on high speed, until it reaches a paste-like consistency . Add the honey, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon powder, and salt and process until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls and coat with the remaining shredded coconut. Refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 5 days.
