Along the Punjab border, the BSF shoots down a Pakistani drone carrying heroin

The Border Security Force (BSF) shot down a drone carrying heroin from Pakistan in Punjab’s Amritsar on Monday, according to the force. The BSF said it recovered nine packets of heroin from the drone, foiling a cross-border smuggling attempt.

“Another smuggling attempt was foiled by Frontier #BSF troops using a Pak drone. The drone coming from Pak was shot down by vigilant BSF troops. The BSF (Punjab Frontier) tweeted that a drone carrying 9 packets suspected to be #Heroin (10.670Kgs) in a bag was also recovered.
