Farhan Akhtar Is “Grateful” To Join The Ms Marvel Cast
With the upcoming web series Ms Marvel, Farhan Akhtar will join the Marvel family. The actor confirmed the news by posting a news clipping to his Instagram account.
“Grateful that the universe gifts these opportunities to grow, learn, and in this case have a tonne of fun while doing it,” he wrote alongside the post. His industry friends and fans flooded the comment section shortly after he shared the post. Shibani Dandekar, his wife, used two heart emoticons. “Amazing,” wrote Karan Johar, followed by heart emoticons. With a lovestruck emoticon, Arjun Rampal wrote “Amazing.”
Shibani Dandekar, Farhan Akhtar’s wife, also shared the same clipping and wrote, “THAT!! I’m so excited for this one!! The Marvel Universe has its first mainstream leading Indian actor! I am extremely proud of you.” She also thanked Purvi Lavingia Vats for making it possible and Amarjeet Chahal for always being there.Ms Marvel follows Kamala Khan/Ms Marvel, a teen who is a fan of the Avengers and struggles after discovering her own superpowers. Famous Pakistani actor Fawad Khan also appears in the web series. It is set to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s seventh television series, created by Bisha K. Ali (MCU). MCU fans were excited to see the trailer when it was released in March.
On June 8, 2022, Ms Marvel will premiere on Disney+Hotstar. Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will include the series (MCU).
Returning to Farhan Akhtar, the film Jee Le Zaara, starring Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra, will be his directorial debut.
