HCL Tech to Train and Hire High School Graduates in the United States
HCL Tech, an IT services provider, has announced an apprenticeship program in the United States to train and hire high-school graduates in order to boost its localization efforts in global markets.
Apprentices who complete the program successfully will be offered full-time employment with HCL and will be able to pursue a debt-free college degree at the same time. With positions available in software development and testing, digital and cloud services, infrastructure delivery, and engineering at HCL’s global innovation and delivery centres in California, Connecticut, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas, candidates can start their technology career with full pay and benefits.
The HCL Apprenticeship is part of HCL’s North American early career and training program, Rise at HCL.
