In a molestation case, the court clears actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family

In a molestation case, a court in this city found actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and four of his family members not guilty. The judge of the special POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) court, Sanjiv Kumar Tiwari, ordered police to present the closure report and the complainant in court on Wednesday.

Nawazuddin, his brothers Minazuddin, Fayazuddin, and Ayazuddin, as well as his mother Mehrunissa, received a clean bill of health from the court.

Minazuddin, according to the prosecution, molested a minor family member in 2012 while the others stood by him. An FIR was filed at the Versova police station in Mumbai, and it was later transferred to the Budhana police station in this city.

According to Circle Officer Deputy Superintendent of Police Vinay Gautam, the complainant has been summoned to court on the court’s order.
