Lié Studio Expands Into Eyewear With Debut Sunglasses Collection

Copenhagen-based fashion accessory brand Lié Studio has announced its entry into the eyewear market with the launch of its first-ever sunglasses collection. Founded in 2021 by Danish twin sisters and fashion models Amalie Moosgaard and Cecilie Moosgaard, the brand is extending its minimalist design philosophy beyond jewellery, hair accessories, and leather goods with a new range of premium sunglasses set to launch on June 1 as part of its pre-fall 2026 collection.

The debut eyewear line introduces three distinct styles—‘Lee’, ‘Matteo’, and ‘Robyn’—each inspired by classic eyewear silhouettes while incorporating a modern aesthetic. The collection includes softly rounded oversized frames, timeless square shapes, and subtle cat-eye designs, all created to offer a balance of confidence, elegance, and everyday wearability. Designed with carefully considered proportions, sculpted lines, and sleek temples, the frames aim to provide a flattering fit and enduring appeal.

Crafted in Italy using premium Mazzucchelli acetate, the sunglasses feature lenses with 100 percent UVA and UVB protection. Available in a variety of colour options, including black, light and dark tortoise, and burgundy, the collection reflects the brand’s commitment to timeless style and quality craftsmanship. Priced at 220 pounds/euros or 270 US dollars, the sunglasses will be sold through Lié Studio’s stores, online platform, and selected retailers worldwide.
