Police Van Carrying Aaftab Poonawala Attacked By Men With Swords
A group of men brandishing swords attacked a police van holding Aaftab Poonawala this evening. He is suspected of the horrible murder of his girlfriend Shraddha Walker in Delhi. According to sources, after Poonawala took his polygraph test at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Rohini, west Delhi, the police vehicle was returning him to custody.
The assault happened close to the FSL building. 15 people attacked the van with swords. According to accounts, the police were able to keep everything under control, and Aaftab Poonawala is safe.According to the police, some of the attackers have been hurt.
