Pork Fry
INGREDIENTS :
Pork – ½ kg
Meat masala – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Garlic – 1 ½ teaspoon (paste)
Ginger – 1 ½ teaspoon (paste)
Green chillies – 4 (chopped)
Onion – 3 nos (sliced)
Oil – 3 teaspoon
Shallots – 10 nos
Dry red chillies – 3
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon (powder)
Garam masala – 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
For marinating, add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, a pinch turmeric powder, salt, a pinch coriander powder and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a deep pan. Add cut pork pieces into the pan and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour.
Cook it with enough water until all the water gets evaporated.
Heat oil in another pan, then add sliced onions, dried red chillies and curry leaves into the pan. Saute it well. Until it becomes golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and grinded shallots into it. Saute it for a few minutes.
Add coriander powder, pepper powder, meat masala powder, garam masala powder and salt into it. Cook it for 3 minutes, till the aroma comes. Add cooked pork into the pan. And mix well. Fry well till pork gets dark colour.
Serve hot.
