South Korean pop singer Park Bo Ram has died at the age of 30, her agency, XANADU Entertainment, confirmed. The statement released on Thursday, April 11, expressed profound sadness over her sudden death. “We are here to share sorrowful and heartbreaking news. Park Bo Ram suddenly passed away late at night on April 11,” the agency said. Details regarding the funeral will be planned in consultation with her family, and the cause of her death is currently under police investigation.

Park Bo Ram first captured public attention in 2010 as a contestant on the talent show Superstar K2, making her official music debut in 2014 with the hit song “Beautiful.” Her career featured several popular tracks including “Sorry,” “Pretty Bae,” and “Celepretty.” She was also known for her contributions to the soundtrack of the 2015 K-drama “Reply 1988.”
