WPL 2023 Opening Ceremony Highlights: Kiara Advani, Kriti Sanon, AP Dhillon Set Stage On Fire

The Women’s Premier League began with a star-studded lineup that included Punjabi singer and rapper AP Dhillon, Bollywood actress Kiara Advani, and Kriti Sanon. Prior to the historic edition of the WPL, host Mandira Bedi started the festivities.

At the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, Kiara Advani grabbed attention with her powerful dance performance before Kriti Sanon put on another outstanding dance performance. Before the three stars came together to close the spectacular concert on a high note, AP Dhillon gave a performance of one of his hit songs.

The WPL trophy was then displayed after the five team captains were all summoned to the platform. Gujarat Giants take on Mumbai Indians in the tournament’s opening game.
