Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are engaged? Here’s what brother Ahan Shetty said
Ahan Shetty has cleared the air after reports surfaced about Athiya Shetty’s impending wedding to cricketer KL Rahul. He dismissed the rumours as rumours and stated that no preparations are being made.
“As far as the wedding is concerned, there are no arrangements being made,” Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan, who made his acting debut in Tadap last year, told Dainik Bhaskar. These are all rumours; there is no such ceremony. How can we give you a date if there isn’t a wedding?”
“Engagement bhi nahi hui hai,” he said, dismissing all speculation. Uski bhi koi planning nahi hai haal filhaal (There has been no engagement and there is no such plan in the near future.) There are no plans for a wedding in the coming months, either.”
Since 2019, Athiya and KL Rahul have dominated the news. After months of silence, the two walked hand-in-hand at the premiere of Tadap, formally announcing their relationship. Their social media posts dedicated to each other have already been a hit with fans.
A few days ago, word spread that Athiya and Rahul are planning a December wedding, with Suniel Shetty assisting with the planning. Despite this, the family has yet to issue an official statement.
KL Sunil Shetty, according to Rahul, is not just a fan of cricket, but “borderline obsessed” with it. “He’s not just a fan,” Rahul said in an interview with Gaurav Kapur on Breakfast with Champions. He has a thorough understanding of the game. He’s on the verge of becoming obsessed.” They have their share of disagreements about the game, according to Rahul. “We do have some discussions, arguments, and disagreements from time to time.” He knows what he’s talking about because he’s played the game. ‘You are not fit enough,’ he says.You’re injuring yourself.
