Deckers Q3 Sales Rise 7% as Hoka Drives Strong Global Growth

Deckers Brands reported a 7.1% increase in third-quarter sales, reaching $1.958 billion, fueled by robust performance from its Hoka brand and steady demand for Ugg. Hoka sales surged 18.5% to $628.9 million during the quarter ended December 31, while Ugg posted a 4.9% gain to $1.305 billion. However, sales from the company’s other brands declined sharply by 55.5% to $23.2 million.

Regionally, domestic sales rose 2.7% to $1.201 billion, while international net sales jumped 15% to $756.7 million, reflecting strong overseas momentum. Channel performance remained balanced, with wholesale net sales climbing 6% and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales increasing 8.1%. The results underscore Deckers’ continued global expansion and effective marketplace management strategy.

President and CEO Stefano Caroti said the company delivered record revenue and earnings per share, driven by strong full-price selling and high global demand for both Ugg and Hoka. He highlighted healthy growth across U.S. and international markets in both DTC and wholesale channels, adding that Deckers remains on track for a strong fiscal year, projecting full-year sales between $5.4 billion and $5.425 billion.
