FIR Filed Against Motivational Speaker Vivek Bindra for Alleged Assault on Wife
The Noida Police in Uttar Pradesh has registered a First Information Report (FIR) against renowned motivational speaker Vivek Bindra following allegations of assault made by his wife, Yanika Bindra. The incident reportedly occurred just eight days after their marriage on December 6, prompting Yanika’s brother, Vaibhav, to file a complaint on December 14 at the Noida Sector 126 police station.
Bindra, known for his motivational speeches and as the CEO of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, faces charges under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325, as per reports from India Today. The accusations include confinement, verbal abuse, and severe physical assault resulting in injuries across Yanika’s body. She is presently receiving medical treatment at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital and is reported to be experiencing hearing difficulties due to the alleged assault on her ears.
The case has sparked widespread attention, especially on social media, where a video circulating online purportedly shows Yanika displaying her injuries to medical professionals. Meanwhile, Bindra has also been embroiled in controversy following allegations of a scam associated with his company, as highlighted in a video by another prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari. Maheshwari’s video titled “Unveiling a Major Scam” on his YouTube channel featured students claiming they were misled by Bindra’s organization. Despite Bindra refuting these accusations, Maheshwari has resisted pressure to remove the video, garnering increased support and responses from viewers.
The Noida Police has initiated an investigation into the matter, promising a thorough probe into the allegations against Vivek Bindra, whose reputation as a motivational speaker has been clouded by these serious accusations and ongoing controversies.
