Conman Accused in Multi-Crore Fraud Threatens to Expose Actor Jacqueline Fernandez
Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the alleged conman embroiled in an ₹200 crore money laundering case, has ignited a fresh controversy from his incarceration at Delhi’s Mandoli jail. In a handwritten statement issued from prison, Chandrashekhar expressed shock and betrayal after actor Jacqueline Fernandez sought court intervention to bar him from corresponding with her.
“I never expected this even in my wildest dreams, but I guess ‘heart’ is made to always be shattered or broken,” Chandrashekhar’s letter lamented, avoiding direct mention of Fernandez but implying distress over her legal actions against him.
In a dramatic turn of events, Chandrashekhar accused Fernandez of betrayal, alleging ingratitude and portraying himself as a protector who has been maligned. “I was shocked frozen as after all that you do, protect, safeguard someone, they turn around, stab you back hard,” his statement read, hinting at feeling vilified as the ‘bad guy.’
Vowing to reveal undisclosed evidence kept hidden to safeguard Fernandez’s interests, Chandrashekhar declared his intent to expose undisclosed transactions, chats, recordings, and overseas financial dealings, emphasizing their legality under the Indian Evidence Act. He hinted at unveiling payments made for social platform enhancement, linking them to a prominent individual associated with Fernandez.
The impending revelations, Chandrashekhar claimed, would reshape the case’s trajectory, alleging bias in the investigation due to his previous efforts to shield Fernandez. This startling development follows Fernandez’s plea to the Patiala House Court seeking restrictions on Chandrashekhar’s communications with her, citing multiple letters sent from jail, including some on occasions like his birthday and Easter.
