Moncler Returns to Winter Olympics as Sponsor of Brazil Team for Milano Cortina 2026
Italian luxury fashion house Moncler is set to make a high-profile return to the Winter Olympics as the official sponsor of the Brazil Olympic Committee and technical sponsor of the Brazilian Snow Sports Federation for the Milano Cortina 2026 Games. The partnership marks a symbolic “homecoming” for the brand, known for its heritage in performance outerwear and its longstanding connection with winter sports.
As part of the agreement, Moncler will design and supply outfits for Team Brazil during the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as performance race suits for the alpine ski team. The race suit, co-created with Moncler ambassador and World Champion Lucas Pinheiro Braathen, draws inspiration from the Brazilian flag. Moncler chairman and CEO Remo Ruffini highlighted the significance of the brand’s return to the Olympic stage, calling it both a tribute to the brand’s roots and a commitment to innovation in style and performance.
The collaboration marks Moncler’s first Olympic team sponsorship since outfitting France’s ski team for the Grenoble 1968 Games. Emanuel Rêgo, CEO of the Brazil Olympic Committee, expressed confidence that the partnership will elevate Brazil’s global sporting presence, stating that the fusion of design, performance, and style will make the Milano Cortina 2026 appearance a memorable moment for Brazilian athletes.
