Montirex recorded a 79% increase in revenue to £129.3 million in 2025, compared with £72.3 million in the previous year. Operating profit rose to £35.6 million from £19.2 million, while profit before tax increased to £34.4 million from £19.6 million. Net profit also climbed to £25.6 million from £14.5 million. The company’s gross margin improved to 50%, up from 47%, supported by supply chain partnerships, disciplined sourcing and operational efficiencies. Growth across its business-to-consumer and business-to-business channels was further driven by expansion into new customer segments and international markets.
To support its continued expansion, Montirex increased its workforce to 111 employees from 66 in the previous year, recruiting across brand marketing, product development and technology. Administrative expenses nearly doubled as the company invested in infrastructure, talent and digital capabilities. Key initiatives included implementing a new enterprise resource planning system and strengthening its technology and data teams. The latest collaboration with Topuria further highlights Montirex’s strategy of combining athlete partnerships with product innovation as it builds its presence in the performance sportswear market.
