Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya and ‘Made In Heaven’ star Sobhita Dhulipala have officially announced their engagement. The couple celebrated this significant milestone in a private ceremony at Chaitanya’s home in Hyderabad, surrounded by close family and friends. The news was shared by Chaitanya’s father, superstar Nagarjuna, on X, along with heartfelt photos from the event.
Nagarjuna’s post included a symbolic reference to the number ‘888’, denoting today’s date, August 8, 2024, and signifying the auspicious nature of the engagement. He expressed his joy and excitement, stating, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! The couple, who have kept their relationship private, are expected to tie the knot later this year. Their relationship first came to light in May 2022 when they were seen together in Hyderabad, and reports suggest their bond deepened from there. Naga Chaitanya was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, with the couple announcing their separation in October 2021.
