Nestlé India Receives SEBI Warning Over Insider Trading Breach

Nestlé India has received a warning from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding a breach of insider trading regulations by a designated person within the company. The Indian subsidiary of Swiss food giant Nestlé disclosed that its compliance officer was issued an administrative warning letter by SEBI on Thursday.
