Sita Ramam, starring Dulquer Salmaan, has a release date, and the makers promise “a love story from the pages of history”
On Wednesday, the producers of the period drama Sita Ramam announced the film’s release date. On August 5, the film will be released in theatres. “A love story from the pages of history delivering soon to theatres near you,” wrote production house Vyjayanthi Movies on social media. On August 5th, 2022, #SitaRamam will be released worldwide.”
The film stars Dulquer Salmaan as Lieutenant Ram and Mrunal Thakur as Sita and is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. Afreen is a character played by Rashmika Mandanna.
Sita Ramam, directed by Ashwini Dutt, will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Sumanth, Gautham Menon, Prakash Raj, Tharun Bhascker, Shatru, Bhoomika Chawla, Rukmini Vijay Kumar, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, and Vennela Kishore also star in the film.
Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming films include Chup, King of Kotha, and Othiram Kadakam. Rashmika Mandanna, on the other hand, is working on Mission Majnu, Thalapathy 66, Pushpa: The Rule, and Animal.
