He has reported the incident to the Mumbai Police’s Cyber Crime Cell among other relevant authorities, ensuring that steps are taken against the misuse of his image.
Throughout his illustrious 35-year career, Aamir Khan has maintained a strict non-partisan stance, only involving himself in non-partisan public awareness campaigns related to India’s electoral processes, often through his TV show, Satyamev Jayate. His spokesperson reiterated Khan’s commitment to impartiality and his efforts to encourage the Indian populace to participate actively in the democratic process, especially with the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
