Adidas and Tom Daley Unveil Knitting-Inspired Swimwear Collection

German sportswear giant Adidas has launched a new swimwear collection in collaboration with British Olympic diving champion and long-time brand partner Tom Daley. The four-piece Adidas x Tom Daley collection draws inspiration from Daley’s well-known passion for knitting, fusing his bold personal style with Adidas’ cutting-edge performance technology.

The vibrant collection features a thin-strapped swimsuit, a two-piece bikini, swim trunks, and 5-inch swim shorts, all adorned with retro knitting-inspired graphics. Designed in collaboration with the Adidas design team, the swimsuit, bikini, and trunks are made with the brand’s chlorine- and saltwater-resistant Infinitex fabric, while the shorts feature a quick-dry material ideal for both in-water and casual use.

Speaking about the collection, Daley said, “I wanted this collection to be fun, expressive and allow people to celebrate their individuality. Whether it’s competing, training, exercising, or playing – the water is a space for everyone.” The collection is now available at adidas.co.uk and select retailers, with prices starting at £30.
