June Ambrose Debuts ‘Style-letics’ Footwear Capsule with Naturalizer

Celebrity stylist June Ambrose has unveiled her first collaboration with Naturalizer, stepping in as global ambassador and guest creative director for the heritage footwear label owned by Caleres. Known for shaping the fashion identities of icons like Jay-Z and Missy Elliott, Ambrose brings her signature fusion of streetwear, sport, and high fashion to a comfort-focused capsule titled Style-letics. The concept reimagines women’s footwear for the pace of modern life, blending couture aesthetics with athletic performance to reflect evolving expectations around everyday style and wearability.

The debut drop introduces two statement silhouettes designed for what Ambrose calls “the sport of daily life.” The Nova-Shaft is a convertible sandal-boot hybrid, pairing a sleek stiletto sandal with a detachable knee-high cuff, offered in black leather and brown snake-print leather. The Zyra, meanwhile, is a ghillie lace-up stiletto pump that incorporates sneaker-inspired construction and advanced cushioning technologies, available in black, white, wine red, and metallic lime green. Both styles integrate Naturalizer’s comfort-driven innovations, including responsive cushioning and contour footbed technology, delivering a sneaker-like feel in elevated, fashion-forward forms.

Executives at Caleres described Style-letics as a meeting point of performance engineering and luxury design codes, highlighting Ambrose’s approach of blending sport-forward structures with premium materials and bold finishes. The full five-style collection is set to launch in March, expanding into sneakers and additional hybrid dress shoes that merge reflective details, performance meshes, and athletic-grade foams with high-fashion silhouettes. The initial release will be exclusive to Naturalizer’s website, priced between 295 and 350 US dollars, with the broader collection later rolling out through select retail partners including Macy’s and Nordstrom, positioning the collaboration at the intersection of comfort innovation and cultural style influence.
