Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are overjoyed to announce the birth of their first child, a baby girl, on July 16, 2024. In a joint statement shared on July 18, the couple expressed their happiness, saying, “We are tickled pink with joy to announce the arrival of a healthy baby girl on 16.07.24! Our families are overjoyed, and we thank our well-wishers for their love and blessings!” Richa had announced her pregnancy in February, and the couple’s excitement has been evident ever since.

Richa and Ali got married under the Special Marriage Act in 2020 and celebrated their union with a grand ceremony in 2022. Professionally, Richa was recently seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Baazar’, streaming on Netflix, while Ali Fazal’s latest project, ‘Mirzapur 3’, premiered on Prime Video on July 5.
