Surya Ann Justine Bags Kerala State Women Sports Physique Champion title 2022
Surya Ann Justine from Ernakulam has been selected as the winner of the Kerala State Women Sports Physics Champion title.
She is the daughter of Justine Palliparambil and fitness coach Shiny Justine, a second year BA Mass Communication and Journalism student at Thevara Secret Heart College. Surya won the competition jointly organized by Body Building Association of Ernakulam District (BBAED) and Body Building Association Kerala (BBAK).
Physique judges are looking for symmetry, shape, proportion, muscle tone, and poise. A female bodybuilder competes barefoot and must be able to strike and maintain mandatory positions in such a way that each muscle area is highlighted. This is an excellent level for female athletes who have competed in the past and are still active in sports.
