Tendam Reports Record First-Half Sales of €744.9 Million

Spanish textile conglomerate Tendam reported record first-half results, with sales rising 10.7% year-on-year to €744.9 million between March and August 2026. Like-for-like sales increased 7.6%, while digital revenue surged 20.7%, supporting the group’s strongest first-half performance in its history. Net profit climbed 27.9% to €59.3 million, while EBITDA increased 12.2% to €190.2 million.

Gross margin also improved slightly to 63.4%. Tendam continued its aggressive expansion during the period, recording 60 net store openings, equivalent to 5% growth in its omnichannel network in just six months. Women’secret added 16 stores, including eight under its new Cabinet concept, while 32 additional points of sale were added across Spain, Portugal and Mexico. Newer brands also expanded, with Springfield Kids reaching 15 company-owned stores in Spain, Slowlove adding eight locations and OOTO opening seven new points of sale.

Formerly known as Grupo Cortefiel, Tendam now operates in more than 80 countries through over 1,900 points of sale and digital channels. The group, controlled by Abu Dhabi-based Multiply Group, plans to maintain its growth strategy during the second half, focusing on international expansion, new retail formats, digitalisation and artificial intelligence. Chairman and CEO Jaume Miquel said the results demonstrated the strength of Tendam’s business model despite an unstable external environment.
