Derek Lam 10 Crosby and Frēda Salvador Debut First-Ever Footwear Collaboration
New York-based contemporary womenswear label Derek Lam 10 Crosby has unveiled its first footwear partnership, teaming up with luxury footwear and accessories brand Frēda Salvador for a limited-edition capsule collection. The range reflects both brands’ shared affinity for denim and timeless wardrobe staples, featuring three standout styles — including a denim reimagining of Frēda Salvador’s bestselling Jada square-toe ballet flat, paired with a matching full-length Derek Lam 10 Crosby denim trench coat adorned with the footwear label’s signature silver studs. The lineup also includes a white woven leather ballet flat with black contrasting trim.
According to Danielle Alalu, brand president of Derek Lam 10 Crosby, the collaboration was a natural fit: “We couldn’t have found a better partner than Frēda Salvador to work with for our first footwear collaboration. This collaboration came together in such an organic manner and became a natural extension of our fall collection.” The project originated from discussions around Derek Lam 10 Crosby’s autumn/winter 2025 New York Fashion Week show and evolved into a complete product collaboration.
Frēda Salvador co-founders Megan Papay and Cristina Palomo Nelson described the collection as “equal parts polished and rebellious,” celebrating a mutual passion for reinventing American classics. Priced between 295 and 595 US dollars, the Derek Lam 10 Crosby x Frēda Salvador collection is now available in-store and online at DerekLam.com and FredaSalvador.com.
