Nobody’s Child Launches First Regenerative Cotton Collection

British womenswear brand Nobody’s Child has unveiled its first collection made using regenerative cotton, marking a significant step in its sustainability journey. The B Corp-certified fashion label, known for its affordable and eco-conscious designs, partnered with fashion-tech startup Materra to source cotton grown through regenerative farming practices in rural India. The initiative builds on the brand’s existing commitment to organic cotton, which already accounts for around half of its material usage.

The new collection features dresses, relaxed co-ords, and feminine separates inspired by the landscapes, communities, and farming practices behind the cotton. Designed in vibrant, mood-lifting colors, the range incorporates signature Nobody’s Child details such as shirring, tie accents, flowing skirts, and subtle tie-dye influences. Materra’s regenerative farming approach aims to improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, and strengthen the resilience of farming communities while creating more transparent and climate-resilient cotton supply chains.

To further boost transparency, every item in the collection comes with a Digital Product Passport (DPP) accessible through a QR code on the garment label. The passport provides detailed information about the product’s journey, including its materials, makers, and supply chain processes. Commenting on the launch, CEO Jody Plows said the project offered valuable insight into the people and systems behind cotton production, helping the brand create collections that connect sustainability with the style and craftsmanship customers expect. The collection is available in UK sizes 4 to 18, with prices ranging from £45 to £120.
