Tecnica Group Founders to Raise Stake to 69.09%
The Zanatta family, founders of Italian outdoor footwear and ski equipment maker Tecnica Group, has agreed to buy back a 9.09% stake in the company from Italmobiliare for approximately €50 million.
The transaction, carried out through the family’s controlling vehicle Prime Holding SpA, will increase the Zanatta family’s ownership to 69.09% once completed. The deal is expected to close by the end of the third quarter, subject to finalising financing with a syndicate of banks.
Italmobiliare, which acquired a 40% stake in Tecnica Group in 2017, will retain a 30.91% holding. During the partnership, Tecnica Group’s turnover grew from €368 million in 2017 to more than €540 million in 2025, reflecting its continued international expansion.
