Janhvi Kapoor Hospitalized Due to Severe Food Poisoning, Confirms Boney Kapoor

Actress Janhvi Kapoor has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai, suffering from a severe case of food poisoning. Her father, Boney Kapoor, confirmed the news, stating that her condition is improving and she is expected to be discharged in 1-2 days. Further details on her condition are awaited.

Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen next in “Ulajh.” The trailer, released earlier this week, showcases Janhvi as Suhana Bhatia, India’s youngest deputy high commissioner in the Indian Foreign Services. The plot follows Suhana’s journey as she navigates her new role amidst accusations of nepotism and challenges, showing a fearless side of the actress as she declares, “Now, this goat will eat the lion.”

Produced by Vineet Jain and co-produced by Amrita Pandey under the banner of Junglee Pictures, “Ulajh” also features Adil Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. The film is set to release on August 2, clashing with Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” at the box office. Janhvi was last seen in “Mr and Mrs Mahi” alongside Rajkummar Rao and will make her Telugu cinema debut in “Devara: Part 1” with NTR Jr and Saif Ali Khan.
